No sale is EVER final - unless you've worn the item. If you've worn it, it's no longer new and is therefore not able to be resold as new. Even previously loved jewelry must be returned in unworn condition because it has been professionally cleaned, polished and restored to like-new condition (with the exception of vintage and antique pieces that have patination that may enhance the value of the piece to the collector, in which case cleaning and polishing are at the buyer's discretion).
We accept PayPal and Google Checkout ONLY. Items are shipped after payment has cleared, and in the case of payment by e-Check, shipment will be delayed until the funds have cleared deposit into our account.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return it within 7 days of its original delivery date for a full refund less shipping fees. We do not charge a restocking fee but we vastly prefer that you be sure you want the item when you agree to purchase it. We try to be as descriptive as possible, if you have questions about an item that have not been addressed in the item description please contact us prior to purchase.
All lampwork jewelry items are guaranteed against normal wear and tear. By normal wear and tear we mean just your average daily wear. We do NOT, however, cover things like damage from weed-whackers, Cuisinarts, In-Sink-Erators, car tires or other extreme conditions. If you should run into a problem please just contact us and we'll arrange to fix it for you for a nominal fee.
